Scott has been actively involved in the more than 300 home care acquisitions initiated since 2005. He is the architect of the firm’s Confidential Sale Process resulting in more than 95% of Sellers achieving outcomes at or above the offering price and most Purchasers achieving exceptional investment returns.

He is also the author of the firm’s Exit Planning platform entitled “The Five Enablers of Top Dollar Outcomes. He is especially proud of his group’s national reputation of focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes of Sellers and Purchasers transparently and confidentially.

Prior to founding the firm, Scott spent 18 years in management with Consumer-Packaged Goods industry giants like Procter & Gamble and Pepsico. During this time, he was a serial investor in small business startups.

Scott is a frequently featured speaker at industry associations, franchise conferences, and top performer groups. He is a faithful member of Element Church where he heads up the Entrepreneurial Support Network. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. Scott and his wife, Angie, reside in Chesterfield, Missouri in their now empty nest.
