Todd is the epitome of an Acquisition Entrepreneur. After more than thirty years in Corporate America, including with “blue chip” companies like AT&T and GE, Todd scratched his long-term itch to go out on his own. Rather than incur the risk of starting something from scratch, he opted to acquire an established business, embarking on his acquisition search in 2014.

In 2015, he acquired two Home Instead franchises in the Dallas suburbs from the start-up franchisee who was being represented by Osborne HomeCare Group. Todd was selected among four high fit candidates for his relevant management experience, ambition, and heart for elderly care.

In ten years, he grew annual client billings more than fivefold. When it was time to pass the torch to a new Managing Owner, he too retained Osborne HomeCare Group. In March of 2025, the franchises were sold to husband & wife Acquisition Entrepreneurs for six times Todd’s original investment. The business continues to thrive.
