Alex English

Director of Deal Sourcing & Recruiting

With more than 15 years experience in clinical recruitment, business development, and client relations, Alex excels in creating deal sourcing strategies and fostering strong connections. Alex’s key role is to source high fit purchasers for our Seller Clients and high fit Targets for our Acquisition Search clients.

Before joining the firm Alex was the Director of Provider Recruitment for an outpatient addiction medicine group. He oversaw the provider recruitment team for 77 outpatient addiction medicine centers across eight states and developed comprehensive strategies to enhance the candidate experience and recruitment outreach.

Alex is a Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Alex resides in Troy, IL with his wife and two children.
