With more than 20 years of corporate accounting and financial analysis experience, Kristin’s key role is requesting, recording, and analyzing financial data and key performance indicators. As part of the firm’s Succession Planning & Sale Preparation Process, Kristin validates and normalizes our client’s past financial performance and assesses future result prospects. She works closely with clients in understanding all financial aspects of their company. Her assessment and adjustments result in an Investment Value Analysis and Strategic timing considerations from which clients can make informed decisions about how to maximize the proceeds of an eventual sale.

A lifelong native of Missouri, Kristin graduated from Columbia College where her emphasis was on finance and management. Kristin resides in Wildwood, Missouri with her husband and two children.
